- When can I expect my order to reach me?
All orders are shipped from Pune and our standard delivery takes a maximum of 10-12 days to reach you. It may take lesser time for some cities. We provide you with tracking ID as soon as the order is dispatched so that you can track the status of your order.
- How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by debit card, credit card and net banking. All online payments are handled by the PayUMoney secure payment gateway so all your information stays safe.
In addition to the above, we also provide Cash on Delivery services to most pincodes all over India.
- Where are you ship the items?
We ship all over India free of cost for orders over Rs. 250. For orders below Rs. 250, we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 20.
- What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We try to ensure that never happens. The posters are sealed and shipped in PVC tubes and the poster is not damaged during transit. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, just drop a mail at email@example.com of the incorrect/damaged poster and we will replace it for you free of cost.
- I want to get my own posters designed. How can I do that?
We design customized posters and ship bulk posters also on request. Check our Custom store here. For any such requests, reach out to us on Contact Us page or drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- What are the shipping charges involved?
We ship free of cost the orders that are above Rs. 250 in price. For orders below that price, a minimal shipping fees of Rs. 20 is charged.
- How does your return policy work?
For any reason, if you are unsatisfied with the delivered product, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery by mailing us or contacting us on given numbers along with the reason of your return. We will arrange the return and refund accordingly.
- What do I do if my transaction fails?
This may occur in very rare cases. If you don’t receive an order confirmation from our store, please retry ensuring that the information provided by you to the payment gateway is accurate, i.e. Credit/Debit Card Number, Account Details, Billing Address, Password (in case of net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back to you. It might take about 7-10 business days for the refund but rest assured, you’ll get it. You can write to us with your order number for any clarifications.
- How will I be refunded in case of returns or other issues?
On a successful order cancellation, the amount will be refunded back to the customer’s Debit / Credit card account. If the payment was made through Cash on Delivery, the customer will receive a Coupon Code for the refunded amount which can be used in whole to purchase other products from our website.
